These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Full Life - Service & Missions LLC and all associated websites, services, listings, and features (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Website. The Website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of COPPA.

The Website is operated according to the traditional Christian beliefs and values upheld by The Full Life - Service & Missions LLC. Our mission is to provide Christ-centered resources, listings, and content that honor biblical teaching.

By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Website’s content, community, and purpose are rooted in traditional Christian doctrine.
• You will conduct yourself and submit content in a manner consistent with Christian values, including charity, truthfulness, respect, purity, and integrity.
• Content that conflicts with Christian beliefs or undermines the Website’s mission may be moderated or removed.

• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.
• Organization: Any entity registering to submit listings or create an Organization Account.
• Services: All content, features, tools, and functionalities offered on or through the Website.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Users must not:

• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, misleading, profane, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise inconsistent with Christian teachings
• Engage in spamming, phishing, fraud, or exploitation
• Impersonate others
• Disrupt or interfere with the Website’s functionality
• Post content promoting activities or behaviors contrary to biblical morality

We have sole discretion to determine what violates these standards.

Organizations may create accounts to post listings. By doing so, you agree that:

• All information must be truthful and current
• Listings must align with Christian values and mission
• You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your listings
• We may revise, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for Christian-content reasons

Some features require an annual subscription fee. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to:

1. Charge your payment method annually on a recurring basis
2. Continue charging until you cancel
3. Process updates in accordance with state automatic-renewal laws
4. Notify you of price changes at least 30 days before renewal

You may cancel with written notice at least 14 days before your renewal date. Late cancellation may not prevent renewal charges.

All content, logos, trademarks, and Website materials belong to The Full Life - Service & Missions LLC or licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the Website for permitted use only.

The Website may include third-party links or integrations. We are not responsible for third-party:

• Policies
• Content
• Security
• Accuracy

Use third-party services at your own risk.

The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Website:

• Will operate uninterrupted
• Will be error-free
• Will be free of viruses or harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim

You agree to indemnify The Full Life - Service & Missions LLC from claims arising from:

• Your infringement of third-party rights

You agree to:

• Attempt informal resolution first
• Submit unresolved disputes to binding arbitration in Georgia
• Resolve disputes only on an individual basis

You waive the right to class or representative actions. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts or remove any content that, in our sole judgment:

• Conflicts with biblical morals or Christian doctrine
• Undermines the faith-based mission of the Website
• Causes disruption or harms community integrity

Our decisions are final.

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Sections concerning payment, IP, limitations, dispute resolution, and content standards survive termination.
